I used to love beyond juicery- but as I've recently started adding protein to my smoothies, it creates another full cup of smoothie (so 2 cups worth) and its standard protocol to pour that out?? I paid for the entire scoop / grams of protein! And granola, and straw berries etc... Why is it not standard protocol to give everything you paid for?

I went to this location on good hopes. I love beyond but, the bowl I recieved had a peice of plastic in it. Almost broke my tooth thinking it was peice.of chocolate. Emailed customer service and got nothing. My salad was missing ingredients and made wrong. Won't be back to this location.

The workers are great but 100% under staffed. It took them 30-40 minutes to get my order of 5 smoothies + they forgot my bowl . Drinks are amazing but this is a corporate/ upper management issue . Hire more workers , these people are working their behinds off .

UPDATE: 6/23/2026 Still inconsistent with the portion. How did I order same day same time, and the portion isn’t filled or even the same. $13!!!! Is expensive for one açaí bowl. Fill it to the top please. So, I really enjoyed the açaí bowls from here. But I’ve noticed the first 3 times I got the açaí bowl was filled to the top. The last two times I went, it was barely filled half way. And the difference was the 3 times that was filled full to the top was males that was working. The 2 times it being filled not even half, was a female working. I’m Not sure who’s making the açaí bowls, but paying over $13 for an açaí bowl it should be filled to the top. That’s why I was coming back. I would like to get my Moneys worth. And I was going almost everyday, but now I’m so disappointed and unsatisfied. The male workers are more kind than the female. At least I’m greeted and felt welcome.

Just had the Avacado Chicken Wrap! All of the Wraps and Juices use fresh ingredients. The wrap definitely has a high-quality taste. This restaurant is comparable to Tropical Smoothie Cafe, probably healthier! Heads up, there is no place to eat inside. This is a pick up/eat in your car kind of restaurant.
